The following three stages will guide you through our application process. Depending on the position or industry, these will be adapted and individually adjusted to the requirements. But don't worry, you will receive all information about the process from our recruiters in advance.

Get to know us

Our first meeting takes place either by video or telephone interview. We would like to get to know you as a person and introduce ourselves as an employer. Feel free to use the opportunity to ask all your open questions about the job or the working environment. So please think about everything you would like to know in advance.

Professional and personal

Did you like our first meeting as much as we did? Then the first meeting will be followed by a second interview in which we will discuss your professional and personal skills. Here you can expect different exercises such as a case or a role play. You will receive all the necessary information from us in good time so that you can prepare yourself in the best possible way.

Meet the team

Of course, it is especially important to us that you get to know your future team. At a personal or virtual meeting you can exchange ideas with your potential new colleagues and your team leader to get an insight into your future everyday life and workplace.

How long does the application process take?

Our job advertisements are designed for you to start with us as soon as possible and to be staffed immediately. Depending on how flexible you are, you may be able to start in your new dream job in just a few weeks. On average, the application process takes about 3 weeks for specialists and 4 weeks for managers. For strategically important positions, the process can take longer.

Which documents do you need?

In the focus of your application is the resume. If you wish, you can upload a cover letter or a letter of motivation, but this is no longer necessary for us. You are welcome to attach other documents.
