081211_ill_userresearch_engXING is constantly working on improving existing features and developing new features. Our aim is to make XING more user-friendly, by this I mean efficient and satisfying to use. To be able to do this we collect feedback from our members via online surveys, usability testing, workshops etc. Research helps us see XING from the perspective of our members, letting our members help us create a service for them. This enables the XING designers to learn more about who our members are, how they use XING in their professional/private life and what goals they have. This, in turn, involves our members more in the designing of XING.

Once you join the XING Research Panel and appear in a study sample then you’ll receive an invite via email. Participation is naturally voluntary and anonymous. (I can’t promise you’ll be invited to studies as the recruitment happens randomly, but there is a strong chance.)

Would you like to take part in making XING easier and more satisfying to use for yourself and all members? Then take a minute to register with the XING Research Panel now.

NB: You’ll also have the chance to enter prize draws for free XING premium months or Amazon vouchers :-) .

I look forward to inviting you to research in the future!
